What items will be include? The quarterly boxes will include beauty, lifestyle, and home products from small-women owned businesses.
- Spring Box - May 1st
- Summer Box - July 1st
- Fall Box - October 1st
- Winter Box - January 1st
After your initial payment, you will be charged the 25th of the month before the box ships. Boxes will ship on the 1st. There will be a shipping charge for each box. It will be the same price as your initial box.
Example: You order on April 17th. We will ship you our SPRING box on May 1st. Your next charge will be on June 25th for the summer box.
This is not the box for you if you are looking for samples and cheap items. We are sourcing all of our items from small, women-owned businesses. Most items are handcrafted!
You can cancel at any time before you are charged. Please e-mail email@example.com with any questions.
Our current turn around time is 4-5 business days. Please NOTE: Due to COVID-19, delays may occur. We are not responsible for shipping delays, and cannot provide refunds. We do not guarantee any delivery dates. If you ever have any questions, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you for understanding!
NOTE: When you checkout with 2-day shipping, this is the *shipping* speed AFTER our 4-5 day turn-around time. Once again, shipping speed is an estimate and delays may occur.
Each gift box is made exclusively for the recipient, therefore we do not allow cancellation of orders or refunds. If a change needs to be made to your order, please reach out within 12 hours of ordering.
Please make sure that you use the correct address when checking out. If the box is shipped to an incorrect address and returned to us, we will require a $10 re-shipping fee. This fee will increase for international shipments. NO refunds for incorrect shipping addresses or refused packages. This is a personalized gift.
If the box is shipped to an incorrect address and delivered, we cannot retrieve it and cannot provide a refund.
If the gift is not delivered, you have 30 days after the ship date to alert us. After 30 days, there is nothing that we can do.
When shipping internationally, customs fees may apply. The customer is responsible for all customs fees.
