Can I send multiple boxes to different addresses in one transaction?
Yes! You can send as many of our curated (pre-made) boxes that you would like to different addresses in one transaction. Here’s how:
- Add each box to your cart
- While in your cart select “ship to multiple addresses”
- Enter in the address that you would like each box shipped to
Note: This feature is only available for our curated gift boxes. It is not available for our build a box option...yet.
How do your boxes ship?
- All of our gift boxes are shipped in our printed mailer box. When the recipient opens up the mailer box, the gifts will be inside.
What is your current turn-around time?
- We are currently operating at 4-5 business days. This is our turn-around time, the time that it takes to make each gift box. This does not include shipping.
I'm guilty of forgetting birthdays. Can I schedule a gift?
- Yes! Add the gift to your cart, and look for the ship date. This is the day your box is estimated to SHIP, not deliver. Shipping takes 2-3 days. Due to delays with USPS, we cannot guarantee any delivery dates.
Oh no! My gift was not delivered and returned to sender. What happens now?
- If the gift was returned to us - no worries! We are more than happy to re-package it (replace the succulent if needed) and re-ship it to the correct address. There will be a minimum $10 re-shipping fee.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes - we do! However, please note that when shipping internationally customs duties may be charged. This is a fee separate from the shipping cost that is the responsibility of the customer.
Will you make custom boxes for my team/clients?
