Each gift box is made exclusively for the recipient, therefore we do not allow cancellation of orders. If a change needs to be made to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of ordering.
Please make sure that you use the correct address when checking out. If the box is shipped to an incorrect address and returned to us, we will require a $10 re-shipping fee. NO refunds for incorrect shipping addresses. This is a personalized gift.
