Creating The Perfect Employee Appreciation Gift Box
Did you know that Employee Appreciation Day is Friday, March 5th? Every year it is celebrated on the first Friday in March. Employees are a companies greatest asset. This is a day to tell everyone thank you and how much you appreciate them. What should you include in a gift box for your employee? Let's see...
1. Personalized Item
- This is a day to make them feel special. You don't want to give them another mug that has your logo on it - it's not about you today! Give them a mug that is personalized with their name. This will show that you went the extra mile to find something exclusively for them.
2. Meaningful Card
- Your words and praise will go a long way. Make sure to leave a note that says how much you appreciate them. Here at Box Babe, a member of our team handwrites each and every gift message to give the gift a special touch. Our favorite cards are Sweeter Cards. It's a card AND chocolate bar! The "Thanks You're A Gem" is perfect for employee appreciation day.

3. Products They Will Use
- We've all received a gift at some point that sits in a cabinet forever. Don't let this be one of those gifts. Make sure to include items in the gift box that they will actually use and enjoy. We personally try out each and every item on our website to make sure it is high quality. Most items our founder, Haley, personally uses on a daily basis! It shouldn't be hard to find items but these are some of our favorites for Employees:
Desktop Notepad from Wit & Delight
Cream + Sugar Coffee Bar from Pocket Latte
"Winning" Jotter Pen Set from Talking Out of Turn
Best Day Yet Planner from Ruff House Print Shop
All of these products can be found in our 'build-a-box' option here.
